Organic Sleep Aid Tea Blend

DIRECTIONS: Two cups water to one ounce dried herb, (1 tablespoons), generally use hot boiling water. Pour hot water over herb in a closed container and leave to steep ( 5 TO 10 MIN) FILTER AND ENJOY.
